Present: Councilmeabers Bodlovick, Punke, Opheim, and Mayor Abrahamson. L.I. 257 r Council reviewed the bids received for the Downtown Plan Improve- ments which ranged fro. '4.5 million to '5.3 .illion. '1'he low bid wa. submitted by Johnson Brothers. Consulting Bngineer Hoore explained the base bid and the four alternates. Council discussed the project with Hr. Hoore in preparation for a decision at the aeeting of April 2, 1991. PURCHU. 01' GLACIU PARK PROPDTY City Attorney Magnuson reported that Glacier Park has deducting '100,000 from the purchase price of the property in exchange for making the City responsible clean up of hazardous waste. proposed downtown for the Hotion by Councilaember Bodlovick, seconded by Councilmeaber Punke to adopt the appropriate resolution approving the purchase of the Glacier Park property at the new purchase price using '1'Ip bonds, pendin9 approval from the City's Finance Director and the City's Bond Counsel.
