Present: Councilmembers Bodlovick, Farrell, Funke, Opheim and Mayor Abr ah ams on . Absent: None Also Present: City Coordinator Kriesel City Attorney Magnuson Press: Julie Kink, The Courier Others: None 1. Discussion of Team Building and Goal Setting Workshop. City Coordinator Kriesel presented a proposal from Dave Pearson to conduct a Team Building Workshop with the City Council. Council directed Mayor Abrahamson, Councilmember Farrell and City Coordinator Kriesel to meet with Mr. Pearson to discuss his proposal. pat EgUit~ Re~ort C, y Coor ina or Kriesel presented the Pay Equity Report to Council, which will then have to be submitted to the State Dept. of Employee Relations. Motion by Councilmember Bodlovick, seconded by Councilmember Farrell to adopt the appropriate resolution approving the Pay Equity Report as presented and submission of said report to the State Dept. of Employee Relations. (Resolution No. 92-19) 2. Ayes - Councilmembers Bodlovick, Farrell, Funke, Opheim and Mayor Abrahamson. Nays - None ADJOURNMENT Motion by Councilmember Bodlovick, seconded by Councilmember Farrell to adjourn to Executive Session at 5:00 P.M. to discuss labor relations negotiations and a L.I. 257 (Downtown) assessment appeal.
