MINUTES

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Abrahamson.
Present: Councilmembers Bodlovick, Farrell, Kimble, Opheim
and Mayor Abrahamson.
Absent: None
Also Present: Comm. Dev. Director Russell

Oak Park Heights Mayor Frank Sommerfeldt, Oak Park
Heights City Council Members Jack Doerr, Dick
Seggelke, and Barbara O'Neal
SANITARY SEWER REPLACEMENT REQUEST
Motion by Councilmember Opheim, seconded by Councilmember Kimble
to approve a variance request to replace a septic system at 120
Lakeside Drive, based on the findings. (All in favor)
DISCUSSION OF MUTUAL CONCERNS WITH OAK PARK HEIGHTS CITY COUNCIL

Council met with Oak Park Heights Mayor Frank Sommerfeldt,
and City Council members Jack Doerr, Dick Seggelke, and
Barbara O'Neal to discuss mutual concerns regarding the
Washington County Government Center. Community Development
Director Russell explained Stillwater's parking requirements
in regard to expansion of the Government Center. A main
concern of both communities is that Government Center parking
be confined to the site and not allowed in residential areas.

determined that an informal meeting should be held with the
residents to work on a compromise agreement regarding
