Members discussed proposed legislation that would eliminate
pooling of funds, unless the bond was issued prior to May 1,
1990. Ron Langness explained the effect of the new bill,
along with future trends. The new bill would incorporate
changes "grandfathering" the City of Stillwater. Mr. Langness
indicated that the new legislation was not as "damaging" as
originally thought.
