AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE STILLWATER CITY CODE
CHAPTER 31-101, ENTITLED DEFINITIONS
BY AMENDING THE DEFINITION FOR
SETBACK, BUILDING LINE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STILLWATER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
1. Amend City Code Section 31-101, Subsection (140) to read:
140. Setback building line means a line back of the lot line or right-of-way easement
line, whichever is more restrictive, that defines the setback area in all yards.
2. Savings. In all other ways City Code Chapter 31 shall remain in full force and effect.
3. Effective Date. This Ordinance will be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and publication according to law. Enacted by the City Council of the City of Stillwater this �� �(r
