APPROVING U.S. BENCH CORPORATION BENCH LICENSE
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Stillwater, MN that
permission be granted to U.S. Bench Corporation to maintain public benches at the
following locations:

NE Market Dr @ Curve Crest Blvd

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the permission herein granted is subject to the
following conditions: a license fee of$50 per bench per calendar year shall be paid in
advance to the City Treasurer; that the permittee shall keep and maintain said benches in a
state of good repair and appearance and shall relocate, remove or replace same at the
request of the City Engineer; and that the permittee shall submit a certificate of insurance
to the City Clerk.
Adopted by the Stillwater City Council this 15th day of October 2019.
