HomeMy WebLinkAbout2019-112 (accepting work and ordering final payment for Pioneer Park Restroom Improvement Project, Project 2018-14) RESOLUTION 2019-112 ACCEPTING WORK AND ORDERING FINAL PAYMENT FOR PIONEER PARK RESTROOM IMPROVEMENT PROJECT PROJECT 2018-14 WHEREAS,pursuant to a written contract signed between the City and George Siegfried Construction for the construction of the South Lowell Park Restroom Improvement Project (Project 2018-14) and their work has been completed with regard to the improvement in accordance with such contract, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the city clerk and mayor are hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment of$113,732.64 on such contract, taking George Siegfried Construction receipt in full.
