ACCEPTING WORK AND ORDERING FINAL PAYMENT FOR
PIONEER PARK RESTROOM IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
PROJECT 2018-14
WHEREAS,pursuant to a written contract signed between the City and George Siegfried
Construction for the construction of the South Lowell Park Restroom Improvement Project
(Project 2018-14) and their work has been completed with regard to the improvement in
accordance with such contract,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the city clerk and mayor are hereby directed to issue a
proper order for the final payment of$113,732.64 on such contract, taking George Siegfried
Construction receipt in full.
Adopted by the Council, this 1st day of October 2019.
