HomeMy WebLinkAbout2018-273 (2019 Fee Schedule) RESOLUTION 2018-273 RESOLUTION ADOPTING 2019 FEE SCHEDULE NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Stillwater City Council hereby adopts the following fee schedule and administrative citations fine schedule for 2019, effective January 1, 2019. I. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FEES: PLANNING FEES AND ESCROWS The following fees are applicable for all requests submitted to the Downtown Parking Commission, Heritage Preservation Commission, Planning Commission and/or City Council. In determining the actual cost of making copies,we factor in employee time, the cost of the materials onto which we are copying the data (paper,CD,DVD, etc.),and mailing costs (if any). If your request is for copies of data that we cannot reproduce ourselves, such as photographs, we will charge you the actual cost we must pay an outside vendor for the copies. The cost of employee time to search for data, retrieve data, and make copies is the current year Administration Secretary hourly rate.
