Home My WebLink About2013-07-15 CHC MIN s water The(Birthplace of Minnesota CHARTER COMMISSION MINUTES July 15, 2013 MEETING Present: Commissioners Carter, Swanson, McLellan, Milbrandt, Molstad, Nelson, Ratte and Zoller Absent: Commissioner Juelich Chair Carter called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. RECOGNITION OF COMMISSIONER BEALKA APPROVAL OF MINUTES Motion by Commissioner Zoller, seconded by Commission Nelson, to approve the minutes from the April 15, 2013 meeting. NEW BUSINESS Chair Carter and the Commissioners in attendance welcomed new member, David Ratte, and discussed a brief overview and orientation of the Charter. They discussed the Charter handbook published by the League of Minnesota Cities and requested a copy for each member. ADJOURNMENT Motion by Commissioner Molstad, seconded by Commissioner Milbrandt, to adjourn the meeting at 7:45 p.m. All in favor Respectfully submitted, Nancy Manos Admin Secretary
