CITY Attorney reported having corresponded with Cutter, may a Co, the purchasers of the 625,000.00 Permanent Improvement bonds, and stated that they had not as yet prepared the necessary resolutions and ordinance they desired to have passed relative to said bond issue, and the matter was continued to the next meeting. on motion of Alderman King the City Entine r was instructed to have the cold water pipe leading from the Engine house to the City dell lowered below freezing p01nt.
