City rice Marshall, James McGann, reported that he had made a thorough investigation Of the Dahlia and business buildings throughout the City and found things generally in good condition, There being representatives of r'tor.e Crusher manufacterers present, the matter Of purchasing a stone -crusher was taken up, and the sreclal con. 1ttee on stone -crusher reported that they had made an extensive investigation into the natter, and recommended t>tt the City purchase a stone crusher. Mr. J. 1. Aronson, representing the Manufacturers tupply Coxpany of Minneapolis, stated that they had a second hand No. 6 Austin-testern Crusher that he would like to have the couhdttee consider. Mr. Jesse Hill, representing the Austin -Western Co., also made a few statements regarding stone crusher, and on motion of Alderman Wells, the special com::dtlee on stone crusher was authorized to ask for bids for the stone -crusher Plant, and report, Lj�t�t{(;,e�m�pJ�o ��i r meeting with their recomeendatlons. Ap:�lleatl6f AArt. D. trtl son, and Carl V. Meister for renewal of Liquor license, were on motion of Alderman Murphy, accepted, ordered filed, bolds approved and license ordered Issued thereunder. Application of Herron C. Pretzel, for renewal of Liquor license was on motion of Alderson Murphy, accepted, ordered filed, and license ordered issued upon the payment of the usual license fee and the furnishing of proper bond. Report of Clerk of Municipal Court of receipts for the month of February, was on motion 01' Alderman €ells, accepted, ordered fled and referred to the s. Finance Com;;lttee. City attorney =or the Legislative Cot:T3ttee reported having prepared a bill providing for the acquiring and maintaintrg a City Hospital, virdch bill met with the approval of the Council, and the Legislative Coca_It.tee was instructed to have said b111 Introduced in the state Legislature and urge its passage, Resolution NO. 2220 on p'.yuent Of sundry bills was adopted by the f flowing vote; Alde men Bordweli, Glebler, Johnson, King.
