Present: Councilmen Balfanz, Lammers, Wohlers and President Powell Absent: Councilman Peterson Also Present: City Coordin~tor and City Attorney Citizens: John Ogren MISCELT~OUS 1. Mr. John ogren appeared before the Council by request regarding fuel oil for 1973 for the Municipal Building and the Street Garage, since no bids were received when they advertised for same. On motion of Councilman Lammers, seconded by Councilman Balfanz the City entered into an agreement for the next year with John Ogren (Kilty-ogren Petroleum Co.) for fuel oil for 1973 at a price of 16.1C per gallon and if there is a change in the supply Mr. ogren will sit down with the Council and negotiate this price. (all in favor). 2. A discussion was held regarding a letter and payment of $50.00 by Ralph Otte for the use of the City property across from The Harbor for parking purposes for 1973. It was decided that this request should be referred to the Recreation Commission since they had at one time considered putting in some playground equipment at this location.
