The Meeting was called to order by Mayor Peterson Present: Councilmembers Bodlovick, Kimble, MacDonald, and Mayor Peterson. Councilmember Junker Absent: Also Present: City Coordinator Kriesel Finance Director Caruso Library Director Bertalmio Parks Director Blekum Ice Arena Manager Bielenberg BUDGET REQUES'j S Department Heads for the Library, Parks Department and Ice Arena were present to explain their budget requests. (See the Minutes of September 4, 1985 for budget request summary). Except for the following additions to the Ice Arena budget, the Council deferred action on the budget until October 7, 1985: Addition to Ice Arena Capital Outlay Budget Item Heating System Goals & Nets Cash Register Electric Door Opener Amount Agproved $ 6,00 1,100 700 500 The Ice Arena Manager was authorized ~o purchase the goals/nets, cash register and electric door opener and tc cbtain quotes on the heating system.
