Scott Steindorf, Robert Scott Development, requesting the Council to consider reducin9 the size of the required $2 million letter of credit. The Council will discuss the issue further at the next regular meeting on December 1. HOUSIMQ CODR ORDINANCR Council discussed proposed changes to the Housing Code Ordinance. ABAMDOHRD VRNICLR ORDINANCR Council discussed proposed changes to the Abandoned Vehicle Ordinance. It was decided to cbange to 90 days the time allowed to repair a disabled vehicle, rather than the present 30 day requirement It was also decided to add an appeals section. The Second Reading of the Ordinance will be December 15. NUl lAMeR ORDIMANCR r Due to expressed publiC interest in proposed Changes to the Nuisance Ordinance, a Public Hearing will be held in January. OTHRR BUSINRSS Motion Opheim, to bag throuqh by Counci1member Bod10vick, seconded by Counci1member to qrant a request from the Downtown Business Association the meters on the South lot fro. December 1st, 1987 January 3rd, 19$8. All in favor.
