L.1.256 r RBSOLU'fiml NO. 8342 Reso1ution Declaring' Cost to be Assellsed and Ordering' Preparation of Pl:apoIIed A11l1es-.t J"'D'DV'"', a contract has been let (costs have been determined) for the improvement of installation of a temporary lift station and sanitary sewer services and appurtances in an area bounded by Washington County Road 5 on the west, West Orleans street on the south, Cottage Drive on the east and extending northerly to include Lot I, Block 2, Cottages of Stillwater, and the contract price for such improvement is $102,B22.91 and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of such improvement amount to $47,666.10 so that the total cost of the improvement will be $150,489.01. _, ~. BE IT RBSOLYIlD BY mE CITY aJUJfCIL OF srILUIATER, IIIJIBBSOTA.: 1. The portion of the cost of such improvement to be paid by the City is hereby declared to be $ 0 and the portion of the cost be assessed against benefited property owners is declared to be $150,4B9.01. 2. Assessments shall be payable in equal annual installments extending over a period of ten years, the first of the installments to be payable with general taxes collected in 1991, and shall bear interest at the rate of B percent per annum from the date of the adoption of the assessment resolution. r 3. The city clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer (consulting engineer) shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece of parcel of land within the district affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public inspection. 4.
