clerk was directed to prepare a proposed reassessment for properties 9615-2300 -
Lot 1 Blk 1 Feely's Addition, $17,791.64; 9615-2350 - Lot 2 Blk 2 Feely's
Addition, $17,592.13; 9615-2400 - Lot 3 Blk 2 Feely's Addition, $18,924.28;
9615-2600 - Lot 3 Blk 3 Feely's Addition, $62,669.34, that are currently deferred
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 273.111, and were originally assessed for Local
Improvement 185,
-..., the above described properties (in whole) no longer qualify for
deferment under Minnesota statutes 273.11, and
WHKRIAS, there remains original assessments for Local Improvement 185 on the
above described properties, and

been completed and filed in his office for publiC inspection.

A hearing shall be held on the 3rd day of October, in the city hall at
7:00 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place
all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an
opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment.

2. The city clerk is hereby directed to cause mailed notice to be given to
the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll not less than
two weeks prior to the hearings.
3. The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to
certification of the assessment to the county auditor, pay the whole of
the assessment ,on such property, with interest accrued to the date of
payment to the City of Stillwater, except that no interest shall be charged
if the entire assessment is paid within thirty (30) days from the
assessment. He _y at any time thereafter, pay to the Washington County
Treasurer the installment and interest in process of collection on the
current tax list, and you pay the remaining principal balance of the
assessment tQ the City of Stillwater Treasurer, with interest accrued to
December 31 of the year in which such payment is made. Such payment IIRlst
be made before November 15 or interest will be charged trough December 31
of the succeeding year.
