JlU.C!aD'a__.1. _aa. by a rel!Olution passed by the council 0\1 September 5, 1989, the city clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment for preperties 9615-2100 - outlot C, $5,414,48; 9615-2300 - Lot 1 Blk 2 Feely's Addition, $1,666,01; 9615- 2350 - Lot 2 Blk 2 Feely's Addition. $1.666,01; 9615-2400 - Lot 3 B1k 2 Feely's Addition, $1,755,20; 9615-2600 - Lot 3 Blk 3 Feely's Addition. $8,032,42, that are currently deferred pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 273.111, and were originally assessed for Local Improvement l1i", ---~~. the above described preperties (in whole) no longer qualify for deferment under Minnesota Statutes 273.11, and MaVDVaa, there remains original assessments for Local Improvement 171 on the above described proferties. and ~w--4S. the clerk has notified the council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in his office for publiC inspection. _ --..__uog, lIB IT RB9QLYIlD BY i'IIB crrr COOl" n. A hearing shall be held on the 3rd day of October, in the city hall at 7:00 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. [' 2. The city clerk is hereby directed to cause ~iled notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll not less than two weeks prior to the hearings. 3, The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification of. the assessment to the county auditor. pay the whole of the assessment on such property, with interest accrued to the date of payment to the City of Stillwater, except that no interest shall be charged if the entire assessment is paid within thirty (30) days from the assessment, He may at any time thereafter, pay to the Washington County Treasurer the installment and interest in process of collection on the current tax list. and you pay the remaining principal balance of the assessment to the City of Stillwater Treasurer. with interest accrued to December 31 of the year in which such payment is ~de, Such payment must be I118de before November 15 or interest will be charged trough December 31 of the succeeding year.
