RESOLUTION NO. 8120
ACCEPTING WORK AND ORDERING FINAL PAYAMENT
FOR L.I. 240 (EAST INDUSTRIAL PK. DRAINAGE), AND
L.I. 250 (INDUSTRIAL PK. DRAINAGE/TOWER PROPERTY)
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on October 18,
1988, Forest Lake Contracting, Inc. of Forest Lake, Minnesota has
satisfactorily completed the improvement of the Stillwater East Industrial
Park Area, bounded by Minnesota Trunk Hwy. 36 on the south, Northwestern Ave.
on the west, West Orleans and the extent ion thereof on the north, and by a
line 250 ft. east of Greeley St. on the east; and Block Two, Stillwater
Industrial Park and Block One, Kern Pauley Addition, (known as the Tower
Property) in the Stillwater Industrial Park in ~ccordance with such contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF STILLWATER, MINNESOTA. The work
completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved, and;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Clerk and Mayor are hereby directed to
issue a proper order for the final payment on such contract, taking the
contractor's receipt in full.
Adopted by Council this 1st day of August, 1989.
