Home My WebLink About8102 (Res.) f' ("' r RESOLUTION NO. 8102 ACCEPTING BID FOR TELEVISION INSPECTION OF SANITARY SEWERS, DOWNTOWN IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for proposals for the television inspection of sanitary sewers, Downtown Improvements, which were opened and tabulated according to law; and, WHEREAS, it appears that Visu-Sewer Clean & Seal of Minneapolis, Minnesota, presented the lowest responsible proposal for the televising of said sewers with a total of $4,802.00. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Stillwater, Minnesota, that the proposal of the said Visu-Sewer Clean & Seal, be, and the same is hereby accepted; and that the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract in the name of the City with the said Visu-Sewer Clean & Seal for televising of said sewers for the contract price aforesaid and in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore. Adopted by the Council this 20th day of June, 1989.
