RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, a final plat
Blichfeldt, applicant, for
Sunset Ridge Estates; and
has been submitted by James
approval of a 19-1ot subdivision in
WHEREAS, proper notice has been sent and public hearings
held pursuant to the provisions of the Stillwater city Charter;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Stillwater has
reviewed the proceedings and the conditions of approval set forth
in the Community Development Director's recommendations of April
13, 1989;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:

1. That the final plat of Sunset Ridge Estates in the form
submitted to the City Council on April 18, 1989, is hereby
approved, subject to the payment of in lieu park fees and subject
to the terms of a Development Agreement made by and between the
City of Stillwater and James Blichfeldt, applicant, dated April
4, 1989, and subject to the recording of a temporary cul-de-sac
easement over and across portions of Lot 8 and Lot 11, Sunset
Ridge Estates, relative to the southerly terminus of Walnut Creek
Drive within the plat, the terms of the easement to be reviewed
by the Community Development Director and the City Attorney to
insure that the proper radius is obtained on the temporary
cul-de-sac to provide for the proper turnaround of emergency and
other vehicles, the term of the temporary easement to expire in
the event Walnut Creek Drive is extended so as to be a through
street serving property immediately to the south of Sunset Ridge
Estates.
