RESOLUTION NO. 8048
ACCEPTING BID AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT
PARKS TRACTOR AND ATTACHMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Stillwater, Minnesota, that
the bid of Polfus Implement, Inc. of New Richmond, Wisconsin, in the amount of
$19,232.00 for the sale and delivery to the City of one (1) 1989 John Deere,
Model 2155 General Purpose tractor and Attachments, which bid is hereby found
to be the lowest responsible bid meeting specifications be, and the same is
hereby accepted; and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to enter into a contract on behalf of the City with Polfus
Implement, Inc. for the purchase of said tractor and attachments, said
contract to be in accordance with the specifications and the proposal of the
bidder which are on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
Adopted by the Council this 21st day of March, 1989.
