Home My WebLink About7996 (Res.) ,- ., . ,I.." .' r CITY OF STILLWATER WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 7996 APPROVING FIVE-YEAR MUNICIPAL STATE-AID STREET CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM WHEREAS, Municipal State-Aid Street Rules and Regulations require that each Municipality submit a revised Five-Year Construction Program, approved by the City Council, and WHEREAS, this program shall include sufficient projects to utilize all existing and anticipated funds accruin9 during the life of the program, and WHEREAS, it is understood that this is merely a guide plan and does not bind the City Council to do this work in the order listed or in the time frame 1 isted. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of Stillwater does hereby approve the following Five-Year Municipal State-Aid Street Construction Program: 1989 r Street reconstruction with grading, base, curb & ,gutter, sidewalk, bit., Wear., catch basins and leads on Mulberry St. from Owens St. to Fourth St. - approximately 0.48 miles. (MSAS 105) PROJECT COST: $386,380.00 1990 Street reconstruction with grading, base, curb & gutter, sidewalk, bit., wear., catch basins and leads on McKusick Rd. from Owens St. to Amundson Dr. - approximately 0.37 miles. (MSAS 116) PROJECT COST: $230,905.00 1991 Street reconstruction with 9rading, base, curb & gutter, sidewalk, bit., wear., catch basins and leads on McKusick Rd. from Amundson Dr. to Neal Ave. - approximately 1.28 miles. (MSAS 102) PROJECT COST: $306,750.00 1993 Street reconstruction with grading, base, curb & 9utter, sidewalk, bit., wear., storm sewer on Neal Ave. from McKusick Rd. to Oak Glen Trail - approximately 0.13 miles.
