Home My WebLink About7823 (Res.) r r r RESOLUTION NO. 7823 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CHANGE IN ORLEANS HOMES NUMBER ONE, A MINNESOTA LIMITED PARTNERSHIP AND ORLEANS HOME NUMBER TWO, A MINNESOTA LIMITED PARTNERSHIP BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the city of Stillwater hereby approve the addition of Harold W. Teasdale, Ralph L. Peter and Thomas J. Cooper as partners of the general partner in both Orleans Homes Number One, a Minnesota Limited Partnership and Orleans Home Number Two, a Minnesota Limited Partnership, and also approve the sale of limited partnership units in both partnerships as set forth in the private placement offering memorandum dated September 4, 1987. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the representations set forth in this private placement offering memorandum are the basis of this approval of the City Council. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the city attorney is hereby authorized and directed to communicate the approval of this Resolution to representatives of the above named partnership.
