RESOLlJTION NO. 7544
RESOLlJTION APPROVING EMPLOYMENT
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Stillwater, Minnesota, that
the employment of the following as Warming House Supervisors for the 1985-86
skating season from and after December 16, 1985, be, and the same is hereby
approved; and the said Warming.House Supervisors shall receive as compensation
the following rates:
Staples Field
Forrest P. Tibbetts, Weekdays
Michael Hoffmap, Weekends
Northland Park
Perry Furgala, 7 Days per Week
$4.00/hour
$4.00/hour
$4.50/hour
Adopted by the Council this 17th day of December, 1985.

RESOLUTION NO. 7545
RESOLUTION APPROVING EMPLOYMENT
BE IT RESOLVEO by the City Council of the City of Stillwater, Minnesota, that
the employment of Andrew H. Shoemaker as full-time licensed patrolman, from
and after January 1, 1986, for a probationary period of six months, be, and
the same is hereby approved; and that as compensation for services the said
Andrew H. Shoemaker shall receive the sum of $1,717.00 per month. This
compensation to be received t0gether with all other benefits of City
employment.
Adopted by the City Council this 17th day of Oecember, 1985.

(MODlPICATlON 12) PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OP
SECTION 4'12A.13 INCLtlSIVE OF THE MINNESOTA
STATUTBS AND ADOPT A MODIFICATION TO THE
DE~L6TMENT DISTRICT PLAN AND DEVELOPMENT
PROGRAM POR SAID DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City Councu of the City of Stillwater, Minnesota has
determined that It Is neceaary and desirable and In the pubUc Interest to modify a
development district In the City of StWwater, Mlnne80ta pursuant to the provlslOlll
ot Section 4'12A.Ol to 4'12A.13, and
WHEREAS, the proposed district modification .2 Is neceuary and desirable
In order to provide employment opportunities, to Incre... tax bale, to Improve the
general economy ot the State ot Minnesota, and to add a proposed development
parcell and
WHEREAS, the proposed municipal development district modification '2 Is
Intended tOI (a) provide employment opportunities; (b) provide maximum
opportunity consistent with the need8 ot the City, tor development by private
enterprise; (c) provide tor the health and welfare ot residents ot the City; and (d)
provide neceuary pubUc improvements; and
WHEREAS, the PllInnlng Commi.lon of the City of Stillwater has been
consulted with regard to the proposed dlstrict modlticatlon 12; and
WHEREAS, a pubUc hearbV wu held on December 1'1, 1985 at '1130 p.m.
betore the City Councn In the City Hall. In Stmwater, Minnesota, notice of which
has been publlshed once In the official newspaper tor the City, not less than ten,
nor more than thirty days prior to December 1'1, 1985;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE rr RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNeD. OP THE
crry OP STILLWATER, that the City Councn of the City ot Stmwater, does
hereby approve Modlftcatlon'2 to the Municipal Development District and adopts
the Development District Plan and Development Program tor saki district
modification.
