AGENDA 1. Approval of the April 23, 2018 Minutes 2. Approval of the May 21, 2018 Minutes 3. Open Forum - The Open Forum is a portion of the meeting to address the Board on subjects which are not a part of the meeting agenda. The Board may take action or reply at the time of the statement or may give direction to staff regarding investigation of the concerns expressed. No official business will be conducted at that time. Memo To: Parks and Recreation Commission  From: Tim Moore, Public Works Superintendent   Date: June 20, 2018  Re: Dog Park Water Service Request Update      BACKGROUND  At the May 21, 2018 Parks and Recreation Commission meeting the commission directed staff  to begin work on providing water service to the Stillwater Area Dog Park.    DISCUSSION    Staff is currently working with Mid America Environmental to gather information on  requirements that would need to be met from various agencies (MPCA and Health Department)  to install a water service to the dog park. Preliminary prices for installation of the water service  are coming back favorable and waiting for pricing on a multi‐functional fountain. I have reached  out to the School District about working with them on providing a connection for water.
