HomeMy WebLinkAbout1104 Ord (amend Section 31-300 rezone 5 acres to Ra Single Family Residential, Boutwell Farms) ORDINANCE 1104 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE STILLWATER CITY CODE SECTION 31-300 ENTITLED ESTABLISHMENT OF DISTRICTS BY REZONING APPROXIMATELY FIVE ACRES TO RA, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL CASE NUMBER 2018-09 The City Council of the City of Stillwater, Washington County, Minnesota, does ordain: Section 1. The zoning of the subject property, location of which is legally described in Exhibit A, is hereby amended to RA, Single Family Residential. Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after publication according to law. Section 3. This Ordinance shall not be published until the Final Plat for the subject property is approved by the City Council. Section 4.
