CITY OF STILLWATER
WASHINGTON COUNTY,MINNESOTA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
WESTRIDGE
CASE NO. 2018-08
WHEREAS, Keying von Riedel, Westridge Development, LLC. made application
for approval of the final plat known as WESTRIDGE; and
WHEREAS, on December 13, 2017 the Stillwater Planning Commission held a
public hearing and recommended approval of the preliminary plat; and
WHEREAS, on January 2, 2017 the Stillwater City Council held a public hearing
on the preliminary plat and approved it with conditions; and
WHEREAS, on April 3, 2018 the Stillwater City Council reviewed the final plat
and final plans for WESTRIDGE and found them to be consistent with the preliminary
plat and plans.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Stillwater hereby approves the final plat for WESTRIDGE.
Enacted by the City Council of the City of Stillwater, Minnesota this 3rd day of April,
2018.
