Conditional Use Permit Conditions
Cub, Incorporated Addition and Loading Dock
May 12, 1980
1) The addition and loading dock shall be constructed according to the
plans certified by Maurice Stenerson on April 24, 1980 and as ap-
proved and revised by the City of Stillwater's Building Inspector.
2) Guard rails shall be installed along the loading dock as indicated on
the attached site plan dated May 8, 1980.
3) Bumper curbs shall be installed along the four (4) parking stalls as
indicated on the attached site plan dated May 8, 1980.
4) A minimum of twenty-three (23) parking stalls shall be installed in
the area marked "Additional Parking To Be Installed" on the attached
site plan dated May 8, 1980.
5) Parking semi -trailers in any customer or employee parking area shall
be prohibited.
6) All new parking spaces shall be delineated with yellow paint stripes
four (4) inches wide.
7) Four (4) new planting islands shall be installed in the locations in-
dicated on the attached site plan dated May 8, 1980. The planting
islands shall be nine (9) feet wide and the eastern two (2) islands
shall be thirty-six (36) feet long and the western two (2) islands
shall be eighteen (18) feet long. All planting islands shall be:
a) surrounded with six (6) inch continuous concrete curbing;
b) planted with a minimum of one (1) common hackberry (Celtis occi-
dentalis) tree; c) mulched with a minimum of four (4) inches of wood
chips; d) treated with a chemical weed inhibitor; e) filled with
potting quality soil.
8) All trees and shrubs that are not alive at the date of issuance of
this permit shall be replaced with plants of identical size and spe-
cies.
9) A $5,000.00 performance bond, escrow account or irrevocable letter of
credit valid for two (2) years shall be submitted to the Zoning Admin-
istrator to insure compliance with the conditions of this permit.

RE: JP -CUP -80-004 - Cub, Inc.
We hereby authorize you to draw one sight draft on the Cosmopolitan State Bank
of Stillwater, Stillwater, Minnesota for the account of Cub, Inc. in the amount
of Five Thousand and No/100 - - Dollars ( $5,000.00) when accompanied by:
A. This Letter of Credit, and
B. A statement signed by a representative of Washington County,
Minnesota certifying that Cub, Inc. has not caused the installa-
tion of those conditions outlined in a letter from the
Washington County Planning Department dated May 8, 1980,
addressed to Charles Hooley and signed by D. E. Koehler, Planner.
The letter contains eight (8) stiplulations and/or conditions.
Your rights under this Letter of Credit are not assignable or otherwise trans-
ferable.
We agree that the draft under and in compliance with the terms of this Letter of
Credit shall be duly honored by us upon presentation at the Cosmopolitan State
Bank of Stillwater prior to May 19, 1982.
Except so far as otherwise expressly stated, this Letter of Credit is subject to
the uniform customs and practice for documentary credits (1974 revision) Interna-
tional Chamber of Commerce, Publication No. 290.
