CALL TO ORDER
Harry Peterson called the Finnemarn Enterprises/Tuenge minor subdivision public
hearing to order at 5:35 p.m.
Dennis O'Donnell stated the applicants wish to subdivide the 3.6 acres of
property into two parcels, one being 1.2 acres and the other 2.4 acres.
Dick Stockstead, representing Finnemann Enterprises, stated that Finnemann
Enterprises purchased part of the property with the remaining land staying
with the fee owner. In order to record the deed the property has to be
subdivided which is the reason for the request.
Ann Bodlovick questioned if there were any immediate plans for the property.
Mr. Stockstead indicated there were not.
Rochelle Maurer, representing her mother, Kathleen Tuenge, stated she would
like the request for subdivision withdrawn.
Cathy Buck moved to table the matter until the next meeting. Bill Lundquist
seconded. Motion carried unanimously.
The hearing closed at 5:40 p.m.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Motion was made and seconded to approve the July 20, 1983 minutes as presented.
BUSINESS MEETING
Dennis O'Donnell stated he issued a Conditional Use Permit for the First
National Bank, the only concern he had was the requirement that curbing be
around all paved areas. Mr. O'Donnell stated in this instance the lot is
a unique piece of property since it is larger than most, and saw no problem
in waiving this requirement.
In response to a question from Cathy Buck, Mr. Kilstoff stated as many trees
as possible will be retained.
Mr. O'Donnell stated the First National Bank has dedicated a drainage easement
to the City and will be required to pay for any assessments for drainage, sewer
and water at a future time. They have also attained a driveway permit from the
Public Works Department.
Ann Bodlovick moved to grant the Conditional Use Permit for the bank, waiving
the curbing requirement around all paved areas. Ray Senkus seconded. Motion
carried unanimously.
GENERAL DISCUSSION
Cathy Buck moved that Mr. O'Donnell get in touch with the owners of the Rivard
property in an attempt to get them in compliance with the ordinance. Ann Bodlovick
seconded. Motion carried unanimously.
Ray Senkus brought up the issue of cars parking in the fire lane at Cub on the
south side where it is not clearly marked, and questioned if signs were needed in
this area. It was the general consensus of the Committee that this is a police
enforcement problem.
Mr. O'Donnell stated Jerry Daniels would like a permit to sell Christmas trees.
There were no objections from the Committee.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion was made and seconded to adjourn at 6:00 p.m.
