In response to a question from Cathy Buck, Mr. Kilstoff stated as many trees as possible will be retained. Mr. O'Donnell stated the First National Bank has dedicated a drainage easement to the City and will be required to pay for any assessments for drainage, sewer and water at a future time. GENERAL DISCUSSION Cathy Buck moved that Mr. O'Donnell get in touch with the owners of the Rivard property in an attempt to get them in compliance with the ordinance. Ann Bodlovick seconded. Motion carried unanimously. Ray Senkus brought up the issue of cars parking in the fire lane at Cub on the south side where it is not clearly marked, and questioned if signs were needed in this area.
