DATE: July 26, 1982 The chairman, Tom Farrell, called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Motion by Russell Meister, seconded by Alfred Roepke that the minutes from the meeting of June 28, 1982 be approved as written. Motion carried unanimously. CASE NO. 461 Gary J. Funke, 1605 W. Pine for Variance 30 foot variance from Brick Street and approximately 114 square foot variance on size of a garage. Mr. Funke showed blueprints of the proposed garage. He stated he would like to build 10 feet off the curb and that he has a petition from neighbors stating they are in favor of it. He also stated that the garage will be 24x36 and match the house (stucco). C. Jay Sleiter questioned the use of a garage this size. Mr. Funke stated he has a painting business and part of it will be used for his equipment (ladders, etc.). Tom Farrell asked Mr. Funke what happened to the existing garage. Mr. Funke said that it has been converted as part of their living area (a game room). Gene Schleusner, a neighbor of Mr. Funke's told the commission that the garage would block off Pine Street for him and therefore would be an advantage. He has no objections. There was considerable discussion with regard to building on the easement. Motion: By Russell Meister to grant variance for square footage of garage as planned and variance from Brick Street with the following exceptions:that the foundation be built on his property line and a limit of one foot overhang Seconded by Alfred Roepke. Unanimously carried. a jSjFgGioas ISquoN uamD `pag4TuignS JTTnJgoadsaN • ui• d o 5: g q p auin o Cpp SuTgaaW a14q `u'euimaN uoH Ea papuooas `T--Tu'eA auLgdasof Sq uoTgour uo 'paTJJ'eO 2TsnoTuTUIOUn 'JGTTTW u-e@C iSq papuooaS jaquiagdas uT SuT4aauz 4SJTJ S,4T @APq pTnom •0•d•H a14q Pu -2 pa40GTa aq pTnom uosjadjTpgo e SuTgaau gpgq 4v *PJEF gsnSnV `OuTgaaW SuTuUPTd JPTnSGJ 4xau Jno 4P 1S4aTooS TPDTJ04STH •03 •14sPM uOJJ sjaquiaui Z 14gTm gaauz pug uolssTurwoo uoTgPAJGSGJd TLDTJ04STH -2, 14sTTq-c4sa oq paaooid am 4Pu4 asTAV -ezpqj-eg Sg : uoTgoW •S4aToos T'eoTJogsTH ,Squnoo uog2uT14s-eM auq uzoij szaquiauz z pine uoT22T=00 SuTuueTd auq JO s zaquzaui TTe paau am uoTssTumzoo uoT4-eAJasaJJ a2P4TJGH P do qas 04 JGPJo UT gL-144 sa4P4s aouPuTpJo au,L • an-eTq Sp-eGjTp ,SGgq gpuq uoTq'elUJOJuT up 14gTm sn dTa14 04 OuTTTTm aq PTnOy, 4P144 paq-eqs uosJauagS •slq •aTdoad pagsaJaquT JOJ aSpaTmou:4 puP aojnosaa 9144 GAPq 04 414cno am gPgq saaquzauz auq jo snsuasuoo aTqq sem ql • GA -614 1SPuz am 4P144 SSUTgaaut yup oq :qosq auIoo oq OuTTTTm sT pug uoTssTwuloo -e mons SuTneu JO saS-equ'enpU 9144 pauTPTdxa uosTaN -JW •uoTssT=03 uoT413AJ@saud a2'e4TJGH P do SUT44as SuTPJP2GJ uoT4px049aK um04JGATH UIOJJ uosJauagg GIDE, f pue S4aTooS TL3oTJO4sTH P40SGUUTW 9qq LUOJJT uosTaN saTJPgD 'g4Tm 4aui uaT.14 uoTssTUrMOD aU,L
