TIME: 7:00 P.M.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Tom Farrell, Josephine Vania, Russell Meister,
Barbara Avise, Alfred Roepke, Dean Miller, C. Jay Sleiter
MEMBERS ABSENT: Al Zepper° - Ronald Newman
The Chairman, Tom Farrell, called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.
Motion by Alfred Roepke, seconded by Russell Meister to approve the
minutes from the meeting of August 23, 1982. Motion carried unani-
mously.
1. Change in concept .for Oak Glenn
addition.
Bruce Folz presented a very detailed plan for townhouses in Oak Glenn.
He states they would like to change from doubles and four-plexes to
townhouses. There will still be 108 when completed, but they will be
laid out and built differently. The new plan gives more green area.
Public roads will remain the same. The new concept allows for better
views from each home. Mr. Farrell asked who will maintain drives.
Mr. Folz stated the Association will keep them up. Dean Miller questioned
the color of the units. Each cluster will be the same color combination.
All will have hand -split cedar on the roof. Josephine Vania asked
several questions regarding them being energy wise.
Motion by Russell Meister, seconded by Alfred Roepke, to approve revised
concept from quad -doubles to townhomes. Carried unanimously.
Motion by Alfred Roepke, seconded by C. Jay Sleiter, for final plat
approval for 21 townhomes. Carried unanimously.
Motion by Josephine Vania, seconded by Russell Meister, to approve
construction of three model townhomes. Carried unanimously.
On motion by Alfred Roepke, seconded by Dean Miller, the meeting
was adjourned at 8:05 p.m. (Please see separate notes for Historical
