CASE NO. 505 Plat Approval William O'Brien Assoc. Inc. for plat approval,. Interlachen Hills. It was explained that the only change that was made is the width of the units and that has occurred because of the change in the potential market being met. He states they need units with base prices from 90-110,000.00. There is still the same number of units. There was concern by the Commission of the units being so close to the curb. There was also concern by members regarding snow removal. A suggestion was made to make culdesacs (where houses do not surround completely) in a tear -drop shape so fire -trucks can turn more easily. Motion by Alfred Roepke, seconded by Russell Meister that the plat be approved with the stipulation that there be a minimum setback of 20' from curb line. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Alfred Roepke, seconded by Dean Marletteā€¢to adjourn the meeting at 8:15 p.m. Respectfully Submitted, Gwen ,Monty Secretary
