MAGNUSON Robert Flotten, 1605 N. Second Street, to create two lots out of the four and the vacated portion of Spruce St. - take 20.57' of the vacated street and add to Parcel No. 9270-5840 which is currently part of 9270-5540. John Kirwin, 2419 Hidden Valley Lane, for six foot variance setback for a deck/ porch on front of existing home. Dallager Estates - Final Plat Approval STILLWATER PLANNING COMMISSION PRESENT: Barbara Avise Dean Miller Tom Farrell Allen Zepper Dean Marlette Alfred Roepke Douglas Seitz ABSENT: Ronald Newman Josephine V.ania Russell Meister DATE: August 22, 1983 TIME: 7:00 P.M. The chairman, Tom Farrell, called the meeting to order at 7:04 p.m. Motion by Barbara Avise, seconded by Dean Marlette, that the minutes from the meeting of July 25, 1983 be approved as written. Carried unanimously. CASE NO. 506 Robert Flotten, 1605 N. Second St. to Minor Subdivision created two lots out of the four and the vacated portion of Spruce Street - Take 20.57' of the vacated street and add to Parcel No. 9270-5840 which is currently part of 9270-5540. Mr. Flotten explained the proposed subdivision. Members questioned how far the new property line is from the existing house. It is about 30'. Motion by Alfred Roepke, seconded by Barbara Avise to recommend approval of the minor subdivision. Carried unanimously. CASE NO. 507 Variance John Kirwin, 2419 Hidden Valley Lane for 6 foot setback for a deck and porch on front of existing home. Mr. Kirwin stated that the deck and porch will be open with a railing around. There will be no covering over it (screen, roof, etc.) Motion by Alfred Roepke, seconded by Dean Marlette, to recommend approval of variance. Carried unanimously. CASE No. 436 Dallager Estates Final Plat Approval Bruce Foltz explained that the difference will be that Lot 3 will be divided into 3 parcels. Members questioned the need for any variances on the buildings. None will be needed. Motion by Alfred Roepke, seconded by Barbara Avise to recommend Final Plat Approval. Motion carried unanimously.
