INTERLACHEN HILLS
Bruce Foltz presented plans for final plat approval. He stated that
due to the high water mark some units had to be moved hack, creating
a problem. The plan moves the intersection to Co. road making it
much safer. The number of units remains the same. The ordinance for
grade is 8% and the road will be about 8.3. In order to -make 8% they
would need to take some trees and are trying to prevent this. He states
that the Co. road is about the same grade as the proposed road. Dean
