The Stillwater Planning Commission will meet on Monday,
September 24, 1984 at 7:00 P. M. in the Council Chambers
of City Hall, 216 N. 4th St.
AGENDA:
1. Approval of minutes of August 27, 1984 meeting.
2. Case No. 562 - William & Joseph Lecuyer, 13332 Boutwell
Road for Preliminary Plat Approval of the
Wildwood Pines 3rd Addition.
3. Case No. 564 - Glen Johnson - Variance to add part of Lot 8
to Lot 9, and to allow the existing house to
exist with a five foot sideyard house setback
and a 28 foot front setback at 1230 Amundson
Court.
4. Case No.559 - Wayne Johnston for a Special Use Permit to
convert a single family dwelling into a duplex
in a Single Family Zone at 1251 West Orleans
5. Case No. 560 - Suburban Lighting, Inc. for a variance for a
proposed 2 foot by 16 foot internal illuminated
sign at Union 76 Station at 204 North Main Street
6. Case No. 561 - St. Croix Pools, Inc. for a variance to place a
swimming pool in the sideyard instead of the
rear yard as required by the City Code at
117 East Burlington Street.
7. Case No. 563 - Lloyd & Brunette Anez to subdivide a lot at
1510 West Olive Street into two equal parcels
to be 50 feet by 115 feet each.

TIME: 7:00 p.m.
The meeting was called to order at 7:03 p.m. by chairman, Josephine Vania.
Minutes from the meeting of August 27, 1984 were not mailed to members.
Minutes will be mailed for approval at the next month's meeting.
CASE NO. 562 William & Joseph Lecuyer, 13332 Boutwell
Preliminary Plat Approval Road for Preliminary Plat Approval of the
Wildwood Pines 3rd Addition.
Allen Zepper read a letter from Ken Meister of recommendations. Bruce
Folz was present and explained the proposal.
Motion by Dean Marlette, seconded by Colleen" Mlecoch to approve preliminary
plat approval. Unanimously carried.
Bruce Folz asked members to review concept approval for forthcoming
additions. The Commission asked if copies of the additions could be
mailed for reviewal prior to the next meeting.
CASE NO. 564 Glen Johnson - Variance to add part of Lot
Variance and Minor 8 to Lot 9, and to allow the existing house
Sub -Division to exist with a five foot sideyard house
setback and a 28 foot front setback at
1230 Amundson Court.
Bruce Folz explained what happened with the storm sewer. The pipe corner
was destroyed and there is now a $300,000 house on the pipe. Mr. Folz
explained there is no reason to believe the pipe will cause any problems.
Motion by Thomas Farrell, seconded by Dean Marlette to approve 1) minor
sub -division to add part of Lot 8 to Lot 9, 2) Allow existing house to
exist and Dave Magnuson will prepare resolution 3) Variance for new 5'
easement 4) Variance for 5' sideyard house setback and 5) Variance for
a 28' front setback. Motion carried unanimously.
CASE NO. 559
Special Use
Wayne Johnston for a special use permit
to convert a single family dwelling into
a duplex in a single family zone at
1251 West Orleans.
Mr. Johnson Was not present for the meeting. There was discussion by the
Commission that the request is to build a new duplex, not convert.
