Election of 1985 Officers. 2. Approval of minutes of December 19, 1984 meeting. 3. Final Plat - Wildwood Pines 3rd Addition. 4. Case No. 568 - Michael G. Hill, 1119 & 1121 W. Linden St. - Variance & Minor Subdivision Request: Variances - Lot A (1119 W. Linden), zero lot line garage, 2.7' side yard; Lot B (1121 W. Linden), 13'frontage, 4' rear lot setback, 1950 sq. ft. lot size, 3' building separation, zero lot line garage. Minor Subdivision - to divide existing buildings into separate single family homes. 5. Case No. 569 - Mina C. Driscoll, 1103 So. Third St. - Special Use Permit for Bed & Breakfast facility. 6. Case No. 570 - Mark Snow, 709 So. First St. - Special Use Permit for Furniture Refinishing Home Occupation with sign. 7. Case No. 571 - Wm. Stouvenel, 1120 N. First Street - Variance for 2-1/4' side yard and minor subdivision. 8. Election of 1985 Officers Motion by Doug Seitz, seconded by Dean Miller to elect Josephine Vania as chairman. Declined by Josephine Vania. Motion by Douglas Seitz, seconded by Dean Miller, to elect Rob Hamlin as chairman. Declined by Rob Hamlin. Motion by Jerry Fontaine, seconded by Douglas Seitz to elect Dean Marlette as chairman. Carried unanimously. Josephine Vania will contact Dean. Motion by Rob Hamlin, seconded by Jerry Fontaine, to elect Dean Miller as rice chairman. Carried unanimously. Dean Miller chaired the remainder of the meeting. Approval of Minutes Motion by Rob Hamlin , seconded by Josephine Vania to approve the minutes from December 19, 1984. Unanimously carried. Rob Hamlin formally thanked Josephine Vania for her good work as chairman. Final Plat Wildwood Pines 3rd Addition The members felt the plat has been reviewed by several people already and didn't require any further reviewal. First St. - Variance & Minor subdivision variance for 22' sideyard and minor subdivision. Mr. Stouvenel explained his request. The lots could be divided differently to eliminate a variance but that would make one lot substandard. Motion by Jerry -Fontaine, seconded by Doug Seitz, to approve minor subdivision. Unanimously carried. Motion by Douglas Seitz, seconded by Jerry Fontaine, to approve 22' side - yard variance. Unanimously approved. Case No. 572 Special Use Permit Annette Huntsman, 416 S. Fourth St. - Special Use for doll repair shop in home. Mrs. Huntsman's husband explained her request. She currently has a shop in Main Street Square and would like to run it out of their home. Traffic would be minimal. He stated the sign would be flat on the house and comply with ordinances. Advertising is done in the yellow pages. Motion by Rob Hamlin, seconded by Jay Kimble, to approve special use permit subject to a one year review.
