Kriesel COLINCILMEMBERS: CITY CLERK: Ann Marie Bodlovick V Mary Lou Johnson David C. Junker T HE BIRTH PLACE OF MINNESOTA FINANCE DIRECTOR: Jay Kimble Betty J. Caruso Brad MacDonald CITY ATTORNEY: David T. Magnuson August 21, 1985 M E M 0 T0: Dean Miller, Chairman Planning Commission FROM: Mary Lou Johnson, City Clerk SUBJECT: Planning Commission Minutes of June 24, 1985 Enclosed is a copy of the Planning Commission Minutes for the June meeting. Case No. 591 listed for Ronald & Sandra Johansson, should be No. 590, but the explanation for that case is for the Tobiassen's (Case No. 591 - request for a 266 sq. ft. variance to construct a garage and storage building.) Therefore, Johansson's explanation is missing and the Tobiassen heading is missing. As I stated in our telephone conversation, I sent copies of these minutes to the commission members two times; and perhaps they can make the corrections at this meeting. Thank you. Enc.
