CASE NO. 593 John A. Fox, 437 S. Second St. for special
Special Use Permit use permit for bed and breakfast facility
Mr. Fox stated he now plans on having a total of five units and has adequate
off street parking. Mr. Zepper informed him what would be required of him
should some time in the future he want more than five units. It would then
)e considered a hotel rather than a boarding house. Mr. Fox stated he would
ie making no external changes on the home and minimal internal changes.
A neighbor, John Castle, was present and expressed his concern if there
would be considerable remodeling. He has -no objection to the facility as
presented at this time.
It was noted by members that Mr. Fox mentioned use of audio visual equipment

with a one year reviewal period. Unanimously carried.
CASE NO. 594

Mike Collins, 309 W. St. Croix Ave. for
10 ft. front yard setback variance in order

Mr. Collins states he will be using the shed for storing lawn mower, tiller,
fire wood, etc. His plans indicate that the shed will be part in the ground.
Two neighbors were present and expressed their concern of their only view

It was felt by Commission members there was no real hardship for the case and
that the shed could be put elsewhere in his yard.

carried.
