HomeMy WebLinkAbout2017-216 (final payment for 2015 street improvement (Project 2015-02)) RESOLUTION 2017-216 ACCEPTING WORK AND ORDERING FINAL PAYMENT FOR 2015 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (Project 2015-02) WHEREAS,pursuant to a written contract signed between the City and Hardrives, Inc. for improvement of the 2015 Street Improvement Project (Project 2015-02) and their work has been completed with regard to the improvement in accordance with such contract, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the city clerk and mayor are hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment of$11,410.83 on such contract, taking Hardrives, Inc. receipt in full.
