HomeMy WebLinkAbout2017-143 (vacation of an existing drainage and utility easement and the creation of a new drainage and utility easement at 1351 Dallager Court) RESOLUTION 2017-143 CITY OF STILLWATER WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE VACATION OF AN EXISTING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT AND THE CREATION OF A NEW DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT AT 1351 DALLAGER COURT CASE NO. 2017-28 WHEREAS, lot line adjustments are allowed by Section 32-1 of the City Code; and WHEREAS, a lot line adjustment has been proposed by the owners of the property at 1351 Dallager Court and 1033 Sycamore Street West; and WHEREAS, the property owners of 1351 Dallager Court request the vacation of a drainage and utility easement at the current property line's location and the creation of a new easement of the same size at the location of the new property line; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Stillwater, Minnesota: 1. approves the vacation of the existing drainage and utility easement; and 2. approves the creation of a new easement 25 feet to the east of the existing location, as shown in Exhibit A.
