HomeMy WebLinkAbout2017-120 (accepting work and ordering final payment for 2016 Myrtle Street Lift Station Improvement Project (Project 2016-10)) RESOLUTION 2017-120 ACCEPTING WORK AND ORDERING FINAL PAYMENT FOR 2016 MYRTLE STREET LIFT STATION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (Project 2016-10) WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed between the City and CCS Contracting, Inc. for improvement of the 2016 Myrtle Street Lift Station Improvement Project (Project 2016-10) and their work has been completed with regard to the improvement in accordance with such contract, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the city clerk and mayor are hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment of$16,072.52 on such contract, taking CCS Contracting, Inc. receipt in full.
