Feb. 29, 1960
Meeting called to order by Chairman Stennes at 7:45 PM.
Ro&1 call showed Bergin, Dewhurst, Schwantes & Ra,gen absent.,
After a short discussion on the subject of a quorum the meeting was
turned over to Tom Hodne for his report.
Mr. Bergin entered the meeting & Chairman Stennes called the members
to order & the subject of a quorum was again discussed.
Motion by Crane, seconded by Hooley that six (6) members shall con-
stitute a quorum. Motion carried.
Roberts- Rules of Order will be followed & a majority vote of a quorum
of six (6) members shall carry a, motion.
Motion by Johnston, seconded by Mulvey that a public meeting be held
on the 28th or 29th of March at the Sr. High School Auditorium.
Motion carried.
Details of said meeting to be in the hands of the Steering & Oon-
tact Committees•,
Meeting was turned back to Mr. Hodne who continued his report cover-
ing Land Use Characteristics, Population Estimates, Land Demand &
What :noes Stillwater Went 'o Be. Bach member recieved a copy of this
report.
Following this report a round table discussion was held with each
member commenting or questioning.
It was decided to hold an informal meeting of the Commission mem—
•bous wishing to attend & the Parking Committee of the Chamber of
Commerce at 7130 PM; Monday. March 7th at City Hall.
April 11, 1960 will be the next regular meeting of the Commission.
