Notion carriod, Motion to adjourn - oarried* STILLWAT ` PIANNING and ZONING COWTESSION Stillwater, Minnesota July 30, 1965 Mayor Dean Charlsen Members of City Council City Hall Stillwater$, Minnesota Gentlemen: The Zoning and Planning Commission held a special meeting last night to handle the requests of Fazendi.n for a non.-Conforming permit to build an apartment on his property and a request from McFadden to rezone property he may purchase from the golf club for an apartment building. In regard to the Fazendin request: The Commission recommaends to the Council that Fazendin be granted a non-conforming permit to build the apartment if he follows the plot plan and the apartment plan as „b.» Knitted and conforms to the Building Code, In regard to the McFadden request: The Commission recommends to the Council that McFadden',s request for rezoning of the property be denied, however, the Comisnion would consider a non, "conforming permit if a request is made for one along with information such as plot plan, front elevation of proposed apartment, water drainage and an expression of opinion from adjoining property owners.
