1• Recause of poor attendance and the fact that the one new
member for a acre-year term has not yet been appointed by
the City Council., we did not elect officers for this year
196,1)• However, we expect to get this necessary business
out of the way at our April meeting.
2. Amendment. to Sub-division Control commission agrees
that City Council has the power to amend Sub iv. Control
with or without Planning Commission recommendation®
3. Joseph C?Rr ern. Wm Anderson St® Garage non-conforming
permit request. • . •
While I" & Z Commission agrees this would improve the
property and discussed at great length, it would put
the building so close to the lot line that repair would
require easement or okey from neighbor and while this
situation nes doubt would be well-handled by the ownert
the granting of this request would flood our agenda with
+ many which more than likely would be detrimental. We
would suggest a single garage at this site or perhaps a
1 double garage mov6d back to the back lot lune and
f
therefore, we RECOMqEND THE REQUEST BE DENIED9 UNIESSS
