Special Meeting: Thursday 6 June , 1967

Meeting called. to order 'by Al Bergen, 7: 30 P-M.
Minutes of Previous meeting were read and approved
No old business.
New 'business before the commission is as follows with
-the commission recommendations:
Request by Hie nline, Inc. for -the re.platting and
vacating of the west 1001 of West Oak St. 'between Seeley
and Pine Tree Trial as outlined. on P.A.C. Form 100 Case
No. 6 dated 6-1..9-67. Copies of request, letter and drawings
are on file with city building inspector. A review of the
request was made by the commission.
Recommendation- On a motion 'by Bergen and, seconded by
Hohlt, the aa. missi on recommends that the request 'be
approved. with the following stipulations-.
1. that all provisions in Mr. Heinlinels let-ter
of June 6, 1967 to the mayor and council be fulfilled
(copy of this letter with building inspector) .
2. -that all residences face/front on West Oak St.
and its culdesac, and that this sti.pulation become a
covenant relative to this plat and that this covenant run
with the land..
Passed unanimously
Rockdale Industries of Stillwater applying for a
special use permit to conduct a commercial 'bun Siness in an
R.A. zone. The building is the former garage or barn used.
as a paint shop by Mr. Ray Carlsberg. This new activity
is a business centering around, wiring of electronic com-
ponents.
Recommendation: On a emotion by Muluey and, seconded by
Hawkinson that the commission recommends that this request
be denied, for reason that business should not be conducted
in an R.A. zone®
Passed. Unanimously
r® Thompson submitted a schedule of fees to be
charged to applicants when, filing requests for special and
non-confOrming building permits. The fallowing schedule was
discussed.:
For special and non-conforming permit requests that
must be reviewed by the commission the fallowing schedule
of fees will be required to accompany the request.

Recommendation: On a motion by Muluey seconded by Hohlt
that the council adopt the proposed schedule of fees®
