A. Bergen. 1. Special Use Permit from Colonial Investments for a 12-unit apart- ment building. This would be a multiple-dwelling in a 2-family zone. The Land Area is only 22,500 sq. ft, instead of the required 35.700 sq. ft. (Refer to Plot--Plan) This is per unit. Mr. Salinoff made a motion that the request be denied. This motion was seconded by Mr. Steinmetz The reasons are as follows: 1. The land area is below the minimum requirement. 2. It is a multiple-dwelling in a 2-family area. However, further consideration would be given this request if the land requirements are more closely met, and if a favorable opinion can be obtained from the affected neighbors. Motion was carried unanimously. 2. Non-Conforming Permit from the Bluff City for a steel and timber structure in the fire zone. Mr. Bergen made a motion that the permit be granted. This motion was seconded by Mr. Melstrom. It will still have to be subject to the approval of the Fire-Marshal, and the building permit will have to be issued within the :next a months. 3. A discussion was held about changes which could be made in the Planning & Zoning procedures. John Condon was authorized to write a letter to the City Council recommendingthese changess John Condon
