The property has less square footage than is required by law. It has 6985 Sq. Ft. when 7500 Sq. Ft. is required. If this lot was sold would the new property owner be able to obtain a permit to build a home on this property? Would a Variance be approved for this property? The commission felt that approval would be given. A greater problem may be the sewer system. It was suggested -that a Perk 'Pest be obtained from the County.
