AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE STILLWATER CITY CODE
SECTION 31-300 ENTITLED ESTABLISHMENT OF DISTRICTS
BY REZONING APPROXIMATELY EIGHT ACRES FROM
AP — AGRICULTURAL PRESERVATION
The City Council of the City of Stillwater, Washington County, Minnesota, does
ordain:
Section 1. The zoning of the subject property, location of which is legally
described in Exhibit A, is hereby amended to LR, Lakeshore Residential. This proceeding is
known as Planning Case No. 2016-25.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
publication according to law, and upon the subject property becoming part of the City of
Stillwater by operational law.
