The zoning of the subject property, location of which is legally described in Exhibit A, is hereby amended to RB, Two -Family Residential. This proceeding is known as Case 2016-14. Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after publication according to law. Section 3. This Ordinance shall not be published until the Final Plat for the subject property is approved by the City Council. effect. Section 4.
