HomeMy WebLinkAbout1085 Ord (Rezone AP - RA) ORDINANCE 1085 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE STILLWATER ZONING MAP BY REZONING APPROXIMATELY EIGHT ACRES FROM AP—AGRICULTURAL PRESERVATION The City Council of the City of Stillwater, Washington County, Minnesota, does ordain: Section 1. AMENDING. The zoning of the subject property, location of which is legally described in Exhibit A, is hereby amended to RA, One Family Residential. This proceeding is known as Planning Case No. 2014-39 which the Stillwater City Council held a public hearing regarding on March 3, 2015. Section 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after publication according to law, and upon the subject property becoming part of the City of Stillwater by operational law. Section 4. SAVING. In all other ways the Stillwater City Code shall remain in full force and effect. Adopted by the City Council this 5th of April, 2016.
